Acclimation of lamina mass per unit area , photosynthetic characteristics and dark respiration to growth light regimes in four tropical rainforest species 光合特性和暗呼吸對(duì)生長(zhǎng)光環(huán)境的適應(yīng)
On the basis of relationship of the peak phases of the genes rhythms in different light regimes , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) circadian expression of the clock gene varied with the appearence of light , namely the light signal , but not the light regime 通過(guò)比較中樞與外周、全黑暗與不同光照-黑暗交替制中基因表達(dá)的峰值相位,發(fā)現(xiàn): clock的晝夜節(jié)律性表達(dá)特征與光照是否存在(即光信號(hào))相關(guān),但不受ld光制影響。
In the present study , we determine the clock and melatonin receptor subtypes ( mt 1 , mt2 ) genes in suprachiasmatic nucleus ( scn ) and lymphocytes at different time points of specific light regimes . the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of light on circadian expression of these clock related genes , and to explore possible roles and mechanisms of these genes in regulation of the diurnal rhythm 本課題采用不同的光照制,研究scn及外周淋巴細(xì)胞中的鐘基因clock 、褪黑素受體基因( mt1和mt2 )的晝夜表達(dá)規(guī)律,以期了解光照對(duì)中樞和外周這三個(gè)基因晝夜節(jié)律表達(dá)的影響,并試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)它們?cè)谏镧姇円构?jié)律的維持中可能的作用規(guī)律。
